Billy Conway leads teams on Fastlane, PayPal's Accelerated Checkout solution. He has also led global initiatives for rewards, loyalty, gift cards, and package tracking services, and played a key role in the acquisition of Happy Returns and Honey.

Before PayPal, Billy worked at eBay Enterprise in London, as a Product leader for products related to marketing and growth for large enterprises including Tesco, Sony PlayStation, and Nike.

He holds degrees in Marketing, Information Systems, and an MBA from Baylor University.

Outside of work, Billy is a devoted husband and father, enjoys traveling and food, and mentors' young entrepreneurs.
