Lauren Morr is a senior digital and technology executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning eCommerce, digital product, engineering, architecture and omnichannel retail. She currently serves as SVP, Digital at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.), where she leads digital product management, user experience design, martech, stores engineering, enterprise architecture and digital engineering. At A&F Co., she drives enterprise-scale transformation across the customer channels and has helped launch capabilities such as global RFID, CDP, omni-channel and international expansion.   Prior to A&F Co., Lauren held senior leadership roles at DSW and Limited Brands, where she built and scaled eCommerce platforms, omni-channel experiences and high-performing technology teams supporting multi-billion-dollar businesses.
