Greg ‘Arch’ Archibald joined PayPal with nearly 30 years of experience in advertising and sales leadership. He leads a high-performing, globally distributed team and brings incredible expertise, positioning PayPal Ads as a premier commerce-centric advertising platform. Prior to PayPal, Arch was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales at Outbrain, leading Enterprise and Mid-Market demand functions that included 45+ Sales, CS, and Operations employees responsible with client acquisition, retention, and growth on a $100M+ business. Before that he held senior leadership roles at InMobi, Criteo, NinthDecimal, Datalogix and Yahoo. Arch also served in the Navy for eight years as a pilot and applies this experience to his work and professional philosophy.
