Aaron brings over 20 years of cross-border e-commerce experience spanning both operations and technology. Before joining Zonos, he spent more than 12 years building and scaling international operations for a major U.S. retailer — managing fulfillment at scale and leading initiatives that modernized how the business moved product globally.  For the last 8 years at Zonos, Aaron has worked alongside merchants and partners to remove the friction from cross-border transactions — from duties and taxes to checkout experience and compliance. His combination of hands-on operational background and deep commercial insight gives him a practical understanding of not just what merchants are dealing with, but how to actually fix it.
