Key Event Info

PayPal Beyond will be hosted at the Marriott Marquis Union Square in San Francisco, CA, Monday, April 13 to Wednesday, April 15, 2026. 

We recommend arriving at or before 2:00 PM on Monday, April 13, and departing at or after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 15. Check out our website for up-to-date content and speaker information or reach out to our team at vipevents@paypal.com.

PayPal Beyond is a complimentary experience for our valued guests. PayPal will provide event-related ground transportation, meals, beverages, and curated activities to enhance your experience. 

Guests are responsible for round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and any additional costs or extensions outside the official event dates. Rooms at the Marriott Marquis San Francisco are available at a starting nightly rate of $328++, subject to room type and availability. 

 Venue & Logistics

Guests may fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO), located approximately 14 miles from the hotel. Oakland International Airport (OAK) is about 20 miles away, and San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is approximately 45 miles from the Marriott Marquis. 

Guests are responsible for ground transportation to/from the event venue while in San Francisco. 

There are limited Valet Parking spaces available onsite. Overnight Fee is $91.20-$199.50 (over-sized vehicles HTCL Max. 6'7" or GC Min. 7"). 

Special requests will be captured during the event registration process, including accessibility needs and dietary restrictions. Sleeping room preferences and hotel-related requests may be noted at the time of booking through the hotel booking link provided after registration.

Attire is business casual for all events. Evening events may occur offsite, so we recommend packing a jacket or overcoat. A final agenda with recommended attire will be sent a week prior to the program.

This is an invitation-only event. There is no cost to attend. If you are unable to attend and would like to nominate a colleague, please contact your PayPal Account Manager.

Housing

PayPal Beyond will take place at the Marriott Marquis San Francisco in Union Square, which also serves as the primary event hotel.

After completing event registration, you will receive a hotel booking link to reserve your room at the Marriott Marquis. Special event rates are available on a limited basis and subject to availability.

Rooms at the Marriott Marquis San Francisco are available at a starting nightly rate of $328++, based on room type and availability. Taxes and fees apply.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and can be requested directly with the hotel.

Yes. Guests may book additional nights before or after the event, subject to availability. All nights associated with a guests stay will be at the guest’s expense.

Yes. ADA-accessible rooms are available at the Marriott Marquis. You may indicate accessibility needs during event registration and confirm specific room requirements when booking your hotel reservation.

Room preferences may be requested at the time of booking using the hotel booking link. Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi is provided for hotel guests.

Yes. The Marriott Marquis offers on-site parking for a daily fee. Rates are subject to change and will be paid directly to the hotel.
